Wuxi Xizhu Cage Co., Ltd. (brand name Xizhu) was established in 1972, is the largest professional manufacturer of injection-molded plastic bearing cages in China. Xizhu has specialized in the manufacture and sale of all kinds of engineering thermoplastics cages, its product range has more than 8,000 different sizes and sold over 400 million cages per annum. The other products of the company are various types of plastic seals, plastic bearings as well as engineering plastics parts used for autos. Xizhu is a member of drafting committee of China Industry Norm for engineering plastics cages. The main products from Xizhu Plastics include polyamide cages used for deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, needle roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings, taper roller bearings, thrust ball bearings, cylindrical roller thrust bearings, linear ball bearings, water pump bearings and other special types of bearings. Xizhu cages are manufactured using special raw material from BASF Co. (Germany) and Du Pont Co. (U.S.A.), as well as other  polymers with high temperature resistance and excellent properties, such as PA46, PEEK and etc., machined by the up-to-date cage manufacturing facilities. Xizhu Plastics is equipped itself with a complete sets facilities for moulds manufacture such as imported vertical CNC machining center, CNC low speed wire-cut EMD, CNC lathes and etc. as well as various types of instruments for inspection such as three coordinate measuring instrument, horizontal and vertical projector and etc. We possess an expertise team and more than 30 year’s experience.
